In this interview, Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) (OTC Pink: SKHRF) (WKN: A2QEP1) CEO Christopher Berlet offers an insightful look at how the company is positioning itself for growth in one of Canada’s most active exploration regions — the White Gold District of the Yukon. With exposure to both gold and copper, Stakeholder represents a balanced approach to two commodities that continue to attract strong investor attention in 2025.

Berlet describes Stakeholder’s 18,500-hectare Ballarat Gold-Copper Project as being ideally located along the planned Northern Gateway Road, with 17 kilometres of the route projected to pass directly through company claims. “We have a gold discovery of size on the western side of the road and a copper discovery on the eastern side,” he explains. “Our objective now is to drill these targets as early as possible.”

The recent acquisition of the nearby Coffee Project by Fuerte Metals has also brought renewed focus to the district. According to Berlet, the transaction highlights the area’s strong fundamentals — infrastructure development, collaboration with First Nations, and the growing recognition of the White Gold District as a promising region for new mine development.

Beyond exploration, Stakeholder has a cash-flow-positive business through its Brazilian white-quartzite operations, which continue to expand. In the first half of 2025, the company reported sales of C$911,837 — a 153% increase year-over-year — with robust gross margins of 76.9%. The quarry business not only generates steady revenue but also provides funding support for exploration while maintaining a disciplined capital structure.

Looking ahead, Berlet says shareholders can expect continued growth from the company’s quarry operations and a renewed focus on exploration in the Yukon. With drill permits in place and work programs planned for both gold and copper targets, Stakeholder Gold is preparing for what could be a transformative next phase in the White Gold District.
