Golden Arrow shareholders approve sale of copper assets at San Pietro Project, Chile

Golden Arrow Resources Corp. [TSXV: GRG, [FSE: G6A, OTCQB: GARWF] reported that at the annual general and special meeting of Golden Arrow shareholders held on August 21, 2026, Golden Arrow’s shareholders approved the proposed special resolution regarding the sale of the copper assets at the San Pietro Copper-Gold-Iron Cobalt project in Chile to Capstone Copper Corp. [TSX: CS; ASX: CSC] and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capstone, as announced on June 23, 2026.

All resolutions presented at the Meeting were approved by shareholders and the detailed results of the votes cast by proxy with respect to the transaction were 86,896,631 votes for, 98.77% and 1,083,292 vates against, 1.23%. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
