Collective Mining Ltd. [CNL-TSXV, CNL-NYSE] has announced assay results for a portion of a directional diamond hole designed to continue evaluating and expanding the high-grade Ramp Zone along strike and at depth at its multi-target Guayabales Project in Caldas, Colombia.

Results include 54.44 metres at 7.04 g/t gold and 16 g/t silver and 17.85 metres at 11.37 g/t gold and 22 g/t silver. The company notes that there are multiple instances of visible gold in select locations across the remaining 370.25 metres of core that await assay results and that there are three deep-capacity diamond rigs currently operating at the Ramp Zone, with two additional capacity rigs anticipated to arrive on site over the course of the next month. The company said it is well positioned to expand the Ramp Zone system in 2026 and “unlock its full potential.’’

On Tuesday, Collective edged up 0.20% or $0.05 to $24.26. The shares are currently trading in a 52-week range of $27.43 and $8.44.

Guayabales is the company’s flagship project. It is anchored by the Apollo system, which hosts a large-scale bulk-tonnage and high-grade gold-silver-copper-tungsten system.

Collective has been engaged in a fully-funded drill program with eight drills operating at the Guayabales project and three at the nearby San Antonio project. Drilling at Guayabales has been focused on multiple objectives related to the Apollo system, which include defining shallow mineralization, expanding and identifying new high-grade sub-zones and expanding the high-grade Ramp Zone (located at the base of the Apollo system starting at approximately 1,000 metres above sea level and ideally positioned at the same elevation as an envisioned access tunnel in a potential future mining operation) at depth and along strike as well as testing new targets across the project area.

Two deep capacity rigs were recently drilling mother holes in order that directional drilling could commence to test the Ramp at depth. To date, Collective has completed 168,000 metres of diamond drilling across the Guayabale and San Antonio projects, including 110,500 metres at the Apollo system.

With US$135 million in cash (as of December 1, 2025), the company is fully funded for its planned 2026 program, which envisions up to 100,000 metres of additional drilling. Up to 14 rigs are anticipated to be operating across both projects before the end of the first quarter of 2026, with numerous high-priority holes pending assay results.

Apollo is a large, partially reduced intrusion-related system enriched in gold, silver, copper and tungsten. Drilling to date at Apollo has outlined continuous mineralization from surface to over 1,450 vertical metres.

The Ramp Zone is classified as a reduced intrusion-related gold system with similarities, in term of mineralogy to the nearby Marmato Deeps deposit, owned by Aris Mining Corp. [ARIS-TSX, ARIS-NYSE]. Located just 1.75 kilometres apart, both Ramp and Marmato Deep systems commence at the same elevation and host very similar gold and silver-bearing sulphide assemblages.
