GoldHaven Resources Corp. [GOH-CSE] has announced details of a planned $5.0 million LIFE offering that will be used to advance the company’s Magno Project in northern British Columbia and Copecal project in Mato Grosso, Brazil.

GoldHaven shares rallied on the news, rising 9.62% or $0.025 to 28.5 cents in early trading, Thursday. The shares trade in a 52-week range of 39 cents and $0.085.

The company said the offering will consist of units priced at 25 cents per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder purchase one common share for 35 cents  from the 62nd day after issuance until the date that is 24 months following the closing date, likely to occur on May 30, 2026.

“This financing positions GoldHaven to aggressively advance both of our core assets,’’ said GoldHaven CEO Rob Birmingham. “At Magno, we are now fully funded to execute and expand a significant 2026 drill program across multiple high-priority zones, while continuing to build on strong initial drilling success at Copecal,’’ he said. “We believe this dual-track approach provides shareholders with near-term discovery potential and longer-term growth across two highly prospective districts.’’

In a press release on April 28, 2026, GoldHaven said it had closed the final tranche of its non-brokered flow-through financing, bringing the total proceeds to $2.0 million. The company said a total of 7.7 million flow-through shares were issued at 26.5 cents per share.

The company has said it is planning to launch a 1,741-kilometre high resolution airborne magnetic survey across the 100%-owned Magno Project. The survey is expected to commence in June, 2026, and will be flown at 100-metre spacing over priority target corridors, highlighting the Magno Zone, Kuhn Zone and D Zone. “This marks the first modern geophysical survey completed over the consolidated Magno land package,’’ the company said in a press release. The program is designed to support 2026 drill targeting and 3D geological modelling.

The company said recent surface work at Magno has identified multiple high-priority corridors supported by strong silver-lead-zinc and tungsten-indium mineralization, including silver values up to 2,370 g/t, tungsten up to 6,550 ppm and indium values up to 334 ppm.

The Magno Project is a district-scale polymetallic exploration asset spanning approximately 37,200 hectares of the Cassiar region of northwestern B.C. The project hosts a large intrusion-related hydrothermal system and multiple mineralized styles, including silver-lead-zinc carbonate replacement mineralization, tungsten-rich skarn systems, copper-bearing intrusions and critical minerals such as indium, bismuth and tellurium. Property-wide geological mapping and geochemical analysis have defined a classic porphyry-related metal zonation pattern, supporting the interpretation of a large, vertically and laterally extensive mineral system.
