Stallion Uranium Corp. [STUD-TSXV, STLNF-OTCQB, B76-FSE] has announced a series of strategic initiatives and leadership changes designed to position the company for accelerated technical progress and discovery potential across its flagship Moonlite Project and broader portfolio in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.  The company said the steps include the execution of a Master Services Agreement with Axiom Exploration Group Ltd., an amendment to its option agreement with Atha Energy Corp. [SASK-TSXV] that sets the path for the two companies to advance the optioned Moonlite Project ground as equal 50/50 joint venture partners and the appointment of experienced leaders to guide the company into its next phase of growth. Moonlite covers 67,613 hectares across 100%-owned and Atha joint venture claims. The project is led by the actively drilled Coyote Corridor, where previous surveys have defined five targets that are advancing towards active drilling.

On Friday, Stallion shares were unchanged at 12 cents. The shares trade in a 52-week range of 51 cents and 11.5 cents.

The board of directors has announced the following management changes. It said Matthew Schwab will step down as CEO. It also said Michelle Roth has been appointed Interim CEO, effective immediately. Roth is an entrepreneur and business leader who founded Roth Investor Relations in 1987. Over 35 years, she advised mining clients ranging from producers to developers and explorers with assets across North America, Australia, Africa, Europe and South America, covering commodities including gold, silver, platinum, copper, diamond, nickel and ferrochrome. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair of Velocity Minerals Ltd. [VLC-TSXV] and on its Compensation, Nomination and Governance Committees, and as Non-Executive Director of Lac Gold Ltd. [LAC-ASX].

Stallion has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Axiom Exploration Group Ltd., a privately held, employee-owned technical firm specializing in geological, geophysical, environmental, remote sensing, engineering and management consulting.  Under the agreement, Axiom will provide technical, geological, geophysical, environmental and related advisory, consulting, personnel and equipment services in connection with Stallion’s exploration activities.

Key personnel made available under the agreement include Senior Technical Advisor Doug Engdahl (President and CEO of Axiom), Vice-President of Exploration Brent Jellicoe and additional specialists in geology, GIS and geophysics. Stallion said Axiom’s involvement is expected to enhance technical rigor, operational efficiency, and discovery-oriented targeting as Stallion advances its Athabasca programs.

As well, Stallion and Atha have entered into an amending agreement dated October 29, 2026 to their option agreement dated July 18, 2023, under which Stallion holds the option to earn a 70% interest in certain Saskatchewan mining claims. Under the amendment, Stallion’s option has been reduced to a 50% retained interest. In addition, Stallion may receive a $2.5 million payment from Atha if a material discovery is made on the claims that are included in the option. The conditions Stallion must meet to exercise the option, including the required exploration expenditures, remain unchanged.
